Nice apartment. Recommended.

The apartment is very close to the sea and it is magnificent. There is a 24-hour shop in the house (prices are excellent). The apartment has everything for comfort: air conditioning, kitchen and accessories, refrigerator, well, everything that is described on Airbnb, including sugar, salt, sunflower oil, etc., so you do not need to drag small bags of salt, sugar and so on. Shower is great. Overall, highly recommended. Were rather on the beach 15 century, than on the Gold Coast, because there are fewer people. It is possible that by August there will be more people everywhere)

The brave citizens of Odessa are fighting for their freedom & the right to live their lives NOT under Russian tyranny. I was very happy to contribute even a tiny bit to their welll being.

The apartment is clean, spacious. Plenty of furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay. The property is in a new building close to the central beach. Everything is convenient and clear. Thank you Julia for your loving and understanding!

Perfect, very clean, very nice. View from wow window! There is a restaurant nearby with cool prices and a beach. We are very happy to come again!!!!

We had a great find. Thank you for your hospitality! The apartment is cozy, clean and modern. Nice area, not far from the sea, open shore, wide beach. A house in a closed guarded area. Near the house there are several grocery stores, almost every day there are vendors (from a car) with fruits and fresh catch, inside the complex there is a colorful home-cooked cafe, there is a restaurant near the sea (Black Sea cuisine), opposite the residential complex there is a large park, the Temple of George the Victorious. There are minibuses and taxis to the city center. Hosts are intelligent and helpful people. We will definitely come again!

If I could put more stars for the location, I'd love to do that. Very close to the sea, it's just beautiful( right across the street, and below the sea is stairs). Great clean apartment. Not hot, not cold, there are restaurants, supermarkets, supermarkets, very comfortable. In terms of communication, everything is fine too. I can recommend 🌸

Very satisfied with the rest! The hosts of the house are very friendly, nice people, helped with all questions and always went to a meeting. The location is perfect, not many people, clean beach, there is a shop and several restaurants, a normal road to the location. The house itself was much nicer and better than the photo. From the windows you can see the beach and the sea (the third house in the entire building on the sea side) there is a lot of space in the house itself. The only downside was the second shower on the second floor, but we weren't critical. Everything you need is available for a comfortable stay, which we did! Thank you very much, this is exactly what we were looking for and even more, we will advise everyone and we will definitely come again!

Everything was fine in the apartment clean and comfortable thank you for a nice place. I recommend going to the sea for 5 minutes . And there's a nice clean beach

I liked everything. Accommodation, location. Quiet courtyard, parking space. Everything is there. It's a short drive to the beach. Very satisfied.

The lace have an amazing view and decorations is nice. Good environment, and equipment inside. Close to need food market and restaurants. Sad that we could stay more that time, but will really recommend, and would like to come again 🙂

The apartment is beyond praise. From the first step, making it feel like we were visiting good friends. Olga is an incredibly hospitable host, she is always accommodating with the time of check-in and check-out, which is very important for us. Bright, stylish, with huge windows that offer a mesmerizing view of the sea — the sunrises are magical. Cleanliness is perfect, everything inside is thought out to the smallest detail: a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and even pleasant surprises like sweets on the table.  There is a supermarket and cafes nearby, it is convenient to get to the center, the area is quiet and safe. Olga, thank you for your care! We will definitely come back! We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home, but with a gorgeous view and a sea of inspiration!
