Highly recommended. Property is well appointed and fantastic view of the sea. Alena and Sergiy are fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful. The place was very clean and if you need anything at all they are happy to help. I will be back. Thanks again.

Nice bright apartment, the photos fully correspond to reality. Beautiful view from the windows, there are all the necessary utensils, special respect for dishwasher detergent and food film! It's cool that there is a clothes dryer. The apartment is fully equipped for a long stay. We will definitely come back!

A great place for a big family!! (Well or company;)). Everything in the house was as described, satisfied) I especially liked the host's attitude with his wife to us) We went to meet the check-in/check-out time, called right before the trip - the host told us about all the details so that we could fully prepare for our vacation. The most pleasant detail is the chic location!! The sea is really 2 minutes walk, with a child this is very convenient!

Pasha was a brilliant host. He kept me informed about the light schedule which was important to me. The apartment is very modern, clean and bright. Effort has been made to make the guest(s) welcome and comfortable. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Good little balcony with a view of the Black Sea. Very good location to the 16 Station. Many thanks Pasha. You are a great host.

We are very grateful to Svetlana for having us! Everything was wonderful) The apartment is in perfect condition, very clean! Superb Location! It's especially nice to wake up in the bedroom, gentle blue light because of the tulle, wind and fresh air from the window, the sound of the sea...! In the apartment there are all necessary necessary utensils, bath accessories) Thanks to Svetlana, I want to visit this city again) And separately I want to say - attentive, kind, caring and very beautiful woman - the hostess of this apartment <3

If I could put more stars for the location, I'd love to do that. Very close to the sea, it's just beautiful( right across the street, and below the sea is stairs). Great clean apartment. Not hot, not cold, there are restaurants, supermarkets, supermarkets, very comfortable. In terms of communication, everything is fine too. I can recommend 🌸

Apartment with new renovation,in a new building of the Parus residential complex. The beach is across the street. The infrastructure (shops,cafes, etc.)in the same building. At walking distance to ATB and Tavria V. We are coming with our family here for the second time. It already says something)I recommend
