Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs.
