The cozy summer house from 1923 is first and foremost located on the side of the Kalundborg fjord. The ground floor has a lovely living room and kitchen with a direct exit to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a swimming bridge. There are several lovely view terraces. There's a wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with heated floors. On the first floor, there are bedrooms with great views. In the garden, there is an annex with 2 sleeping places. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon.
