In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

2 room apartment F with sofa beds and bunk beds

In the house there are three of my smaller apartments, each suitable for 2 to 4 people. There is only one bedroom, but all apartments of this type have the bunk beds that are particularly popular with children (but in which you can also sleep well as a "big person"). Airy and bright and thanks to the kitchen despite 50 m² of space really a lot of space ! New !! In the summer season 2020 the National Park Card is included in the booking price for each booked person!

Family room with two separate bedrooms + breakfast

Large family room, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, radio, satellite TV, consisting of 2 sleeping rooms. In the sleeping room for children the bed is only 1,5 m wide. Balcony with a view of the Alps Rustic wood furniture Electric tea pot and our own tea blends W-Lan included Non-smoking apartment Family rooms offers space for 4 people and 1 crib. Children up to 2,9 years are free of charge in the bed of the parents or crib.

Wer schon immer mal den ganz besonderen Flair eines Wohnwagens erleben wollte, ohne dabei auf gewissen Komfort zu verzichten, wird den restaurierten Fendt Diamant lieben. Für Abenteurer, Seelenbaumler und Aussteiger ist er längstens als die Perle bekannt, die ein zu Hause auf Rädern ist. Gemütlich und geräumig lädt das Doppelbett zum Träumen ein.
