The apartment is ideal for families and can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 people incl. pull-out sofa and a lot of closeness). On the cozy 60 square meters, there are all amenities up to a hot tub, bathtub and infrared cabin. The most popular ski lifts (12-seater Express, Reiterkogel) are only a 5-minute walk away - on the way back you swing off right in front of the house.

Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

The bright studio with around 30 m² is on the ground floor of the Chalet Sonnenkönig on a sunny hillside in Piesendorf in the beautiful Pinzgau. From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. A guest card with numerous discounts is included.

Being busy travellers ourselves, we aimed to create a space that welcomes and makes you feel at ease once you have arrived at your vacation home. We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Time out: Sonnentalhof Hohe Salve

The Sonnentalhof, a lovingly renovated former farmhouse in the Hohe Salve region, has been open to guests since 2022. The location near the valley station in Itter makes it the ideal accommodation for family vacations and offers excellent opportunities for sports activities. Traditional materials such as old wood and old farm cabinets underline the regional character. The Sonnentalhof offers the charm and coziness of the typical huts of the Hohe Salve region.

The Apartment Tilli is part of the BergHoch3 Apartments (berghoch3.at), which invite you to relax as much as to experience the Salzburg mountains in winter and summer. The house is in a sunny and quiet location at the entrance to Leogang. In the immediate vicinity: Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, BikePark Leogang.
