Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in a former apartment hotel between Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment on the 2nd floor is south-facing and offers a large balcony. In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.

The apartment is located at 1,000 meters above sea level. Only 150 meters to the ski slope and 5 minutes by car to the nearby town of Maria Alm. The apartment has 1.5 rooms and is 38 m² big and has been recently renovated (September 2016)

The approx. 20 m² double room with balcony is located in the Gasthof Pesbichl, where you can also have breakfast and dinner (half board) and the reception is located. It consists of a bedroom with large double bed, single bed and sofa bed and private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, terrace and parking. The room is furnished with solid wood furniture. A kettle with homemade tea blends is available in each room.

The apartment for up to 4 people offers two cozy bedrooms, each with its own bed. A private terrace invites you to relax. The outdoor area includes a sauna, a playground for children and a pool. BBQ facilities are available, and darts, foosball and table tennis can be played in the lounge/leisure room. Cyclists will find a safe place to store and a small workshop. Ideal for relaxing and active stays!
