The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. The idyllically located holiday home with a size of approx. 50 sqm has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The holiday home is located in the climatic resort of Finsterbergen, directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200m away.

Villa Anschütz - Mansard Apartment

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

The house is modernly furnished and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.
