A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet 5 minutes walk in the center and on the beach! Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Our apartment Martha is located in a quiet environment. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own terrace. We offer storage for the bikes. If you arrive by car, a free parking space is available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
