The small house has an indoor area of about 32 pings (106 m²) and an outdoor space of 14,000 pings (46,067 m²). The estate is managed in a fully eco-friendly manner, with a commitment to not using pesticides, preserving the pure air and the natural landscape. Each season offers a unique landscape, and the estate is rich in biodiversity. Birds such as the barred rock thrush, crested serpent eagle, five-coloured babbler, and white-headed partridge can often be seen darting through the woods. It is a secluded mountain retreat ideal for relaxation, deep breathing, and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also perfect for gatherings of friends and private family trips. About 5,000 forest tea plants are grown on the estate. To maintain the purity and comfort of the environment, a low density is deliberately adopted to allow the tea plants to coexist naturally with the forest. The estate features a leisure platform, a relaxation pavilion, a spring-fed fish pond, two barbecue areas, as well as mountain and forest trails and viewing areas where guests can climb high and look far into the distance, allowing them to enjoy a slow-paced time in the mountains and forests.
