Four suites are available, which can be booked individually or in combination, offering accommodation in historic buildings with modern, high-quality interiors. The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Bring the whole family to this great place to stay, with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. If you’d like, we can even make the bedding a little more fun (see photos). Like firefighter, princess, and dinosaur themes available if your kids request them. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, the apartment gets spooky, too. We do our best to make it look as spooky as possible. We don’t want anyone to say it was boring here 😀 And at Christmas, it’s very cosy here

New apartment near Legoland/nature

Pure relaxation in the new 3-room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) close to Legoland and all around you will find the nature park (Western Forests). We also have many quarry lakes here that invite you to relax. Also a wakeboard facility (Turncable) is very close. The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a few stairs. One of the two balconies has sun until the evening, the other balcony invites you to the first coffee in the sun in the morning.

The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.
