Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very nicely furnished and everything you need was there. It is wonderful that the small apartment is very flooded with light, even if the view aif the concrete bunker is not so nice, but it shines in the sun until the evening - sunset included 😊 If you're a little sensitive to noise, keep in mind that you can hear the fridge humming in just one room. Check-in instructions were great, very easy, only the lock tweaked a little... was not so easy to get on. Andreas was very easy and reachable at short notice, thank you, dear Andreas!

We absolutely love Christian's place! Rostock is a lovely place to visit and we look forward to visiting again very soon. When that happens we will surely check the availability of Christian's apartment. We loved everything about it. Highly recommended!!

From the beginning, we felt right at home when you enter the apartment, you can look directly at the sea. The apartment was very clean and there was nothing missing in the kitchen. Also, thank you for the numerous tips on restaurants and things to do. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were super satisfied with everything! I'd love to come back , there were guests in this house last year. You feel very comfortable there because the hostess Julia goes to great lengths with the guests and therefore you feel at home. I am so glad I chose Michael’s place! Initial communication was very fast and Michael was very responsive. The price was fair. On arrival, Michael was there in person to welcome me and showed me how everything worked, which was very much appreciated!! The apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious, VERY well and generously equipped, and in a great location. The area was quiet, very picturesque and with easy walk into town. The pictures don’t do the place justice, as it is much more bright, airy and spacious than it looks from the photos. The bed is a little hard because it is a new tempur memory-foam mattress. I got on fine with that and found it extremely comfortable, but if you prefer a softer bed, you might want to put one of the spare duvets (in the wardrobe) under the bottom sheet. I would heartily recommend Michael’s place, and as I have friends in Lübeck who live just a few minutes walk away, I would absolutely use Michael’s place again when I come back. 10/10 🤩

We had a nice few days in Lübeck, also the weather meant it well with us. The apartment is very well located, not far from the Wakenitz,very quiet location, you can easily walk to everything. Christian was a good host, check-in was no problem, everything was available in the apartment to our satisfaction. Lübeck is always worth a trip. See you next time.

We had a really nice time in Sabine's apartment! It is bright, friendly and super equipped – you immediately feel welcome. The location couldn't be better: the beach is minutes away and almost right next door there is a small shop and cozy eateries. Sabine is a very accommodating and warm host, always easily accessible and makes every effort to make you feel comfortable. Thanks for a great stay – we will be happy to come back!

We spent our family vacation there with parents, great-grandparents siblings and children. The amenities especially in the kitchen are great. We have been to some houses that were a lot worse equipped. One small drawback is that there are only blinds upstairs that do not darken, but only keep the sun off. As a result, we had a small sleeping problem with the children. The house is close to the lake. Hiking trails, playgrounds all close by. Unfortunately, the city with shops was a bit further away and not within walking distance for the great-grandparents. These are the only drawbacks. Baby cot, high chair and especially the play paradise in the garden were so great that we spent a lot of time in the cottage for the first time and were not on the road as much. I'm sure we'll be back.

A very well-equipped apartment with a great location.

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

A very nice, clean house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The communication with Nicole was nice and productive. The area is quiet, there are also many seating and lounging options in the garden. Everything was great. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is just perfect – quiet, beautiful and full of charm. We spent Christmas there, and it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped, so we could prepare a great Christmas dinner. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Although the apartment is cozy, there is enough space for everyone to enjoy their privacy. We really appreciated the loving details and the harmony of this place. We can't wait to come back! We stayed in Scharbeutz for 5 nights and are enthusiastic about the place. Super central location, the apartment was very clean and we just felt comfortable. The baby travel cot was already set up and for our daughter everything from high chair, children's dishes and also toys were available. We highly recommend this apartment.

Regina and Dieter are lovely people and immediately showed us the places and pointed out the opportunity to do. The apartment is quiet and close to the lakes. The country road is not intrusive in terms of noise by our standards. The apartment is nicely divided and is very clean. By bike or on foot, you can get to the forest very quickly and have many destinations to explore within reach if you don't mind movement. My wife and I had a really relaxing time, thank you for that.
