Exceptional service from the team, a huge thank you to Ted and Macan who were very responsive helping us at all stages of the stay. There were frequent power and water outages in the neighborhood, out of their control, but they did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

I will highly recommend INNA. Great SERVICE and helpful host. Clean and easy access. Mr Ted made my stay extremely pleasant, he is responsive and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and lively.. INNA is a great place for anyone looking for a good place to stay in Ziguinchor. It has a good location, it is close to shops and city centre. INNA is a great place where T&M will make your stay unforgettable. DON'T MISS OUT. 👍

As others have mentioned, it seems like the one negative review was an anomaly. The place was basically clean (albeit maybe a few cobwebs and such in the corners) and Awa and her team were responsive and helpful, even despite my phone issues. It is a little bit on the outskirts of town, but otherwise perfectly adequate.

I couldn't have had better in Ziguinchor. Ted the host was super nice to us especially as we are traveling with a baby. I'd recommend it without a second thought. I would definitely stay there on my next visit in the casamance.
