Auto môžete zaparkovať na súkromnom parkovisku a vyraziť rovno do večerného mesta. Alebo si oddýchnite v hojdacom kresle s výhľadom na oblohu. Apartmán poskytuje pohodlné zázemie, je klimatizovaný. Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Cozy second home in the heart of Žilina

Modern apartment in the very heart of Žilina is the best place for a visit to the city. It is suitable for couples, friends, individuals or families with children. The apartment is 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Near to apartment are bus station, grocery, restaurants Address: Vrátňanská cesta 1299. In the yard there are two houses. The first has number 475.
