Villa Leona is newly built villa with private, heated, swimming pool. Has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight. There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

Penthouse Adriatic Blue is a 75 m2 big brand new luxury apartment with a stylish touch and plenty of sunlight. Apartment is located in Tučepi, just 5 meters from the beach and crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Tučepi is a small tourist town, famous for the longest pebble beach (4km), along which a beautiful promenade is situated, in the shade of the pine trees.
