Monthly Rentals in Zone 4C, Marcory

Everything was perfect, the accommodation is close to all the good restaurants in Zone 4, the pool is a plus. I didn't try the gym but I think it had to be just as good. Impeccable cleaning, responsive building staff, caretakers at our service, etc. I recommend

A bit expensive but it’s cool

My brother and I stayed at Alexis' apartment in April 2025. The apartment was less than 10KM of the airport and similar distance to my event at the Sofitel. Without traffic both of these distances can be traversed in about 15 minutes but note that when there is traffic, the travel time can be as much as an hour to/ from the airport. There is also Cap Sud Mall with a huge supermarket about a 7 minute walk away. The apartment was EXACTLY as the photos but I may say even better because I found the build quality to be superior to other places I've stayed in Abidjan. Furthermore the watchmen (there's one at night and another during the day) are quite friendly and helpful. Alexis is also super hospitable. When had to ammend my booking to accommodate my brother joining me, or I requested an early check in due to my arrival time, Alexis was responsive and accommodating in both instances. I can happily endorse Alexis and his place, and almost guarantee you will have a plesant stay there.
