House vacation rentals in Zrće Beach

There were four of us at Julio's place and we enjoyed it very much. The house, pool and garden left nothing to be desired - everything was perfectly equipped and we didn't miss anything. Communication with Julio and Zorica was super easy and both were very nice, accommodating and helpful. Thanks for this wonderful vacation!

The place is really fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy, the landlords were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Martina is a super hostess. She had been very flexible with the check in and check out. The Vila was exactly as described. The view had been brilliant and would book the Vila again

The house is phenomenal. Everything is new and nicely equipped. A lot of natural materials such as real wood and stone have been implemented, which we liked very much. It's very well-equipped with the little things you need every day and appliances like the dishwasher, weš machine, dryer, toasters, cafe machines... Cleanliness is at a very high level, and we also got 3 towels and a bathrobe per person. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the pool with really strong massage jets, the grill, and everything. Povljana is a wonderful place to rest with a sandy and pebble beach, a beautiful promenade, palm trees and clear waters. Everything is within walking distance. The hosts are very nice and friendly, we could have contacted them for anything. The house is large, contains 3 apartments (2 smaller and 1 larger) that are connected by an interior staircase, and we were all connected inside, and if anyone wanted intimacy, they could be separated. Parking is ample and free. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with a table for 14 people. Place to stay for 5☆! We're coming back!

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

Wonderful house on a great location!

Difficult to find accommodation as disabled. We had everything in this listing, and we actually got what was in the description and what was in the pictures. It's very close to the beach,the shops. The accommodations are very kind,attentive,helpful. We'd love to go here again.

This location and apartment was beautiful. It had a great ocean view and walkable beach. We only stayed one night, but would’ve loved to stay one more. The place was clean. I loved how there was 2 full bathrooms! The host recommended a great restaurant for pizza and burgers only 6min drive away. The host was very responsive and friendly.

The house was clean and spacious, the terrace is awesome and it’s perfect for eating outside. The bathrooms were clean and the host was very kind and helpful. Very recommended!

Perfect, everything was clean and comfortable.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos and description. Bojan herself was not there, so his mother took care of everything on site. You could still always reach him directly and ask questions and also got an answer within an hour. The accommodation is not very luxurious but for us as a party vacationer it was completely sufficient.

Alma is a very friendly woman who has given us a lot of tips. We had an issue in the bathroom with leaking water. This issue was resolved by a handyman within a few hours. Unfortunately, I had to clean the coffee maker myself, which was very dirty. There were coffee filters from Alma for this... as there was also no one to buy on the whole island. The best part is the view from the balcony. Simply fantastic. Enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. For our baby there was even a high chair which was very positive. thank you Alma

What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarket in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Anes and Mladens beautiful house. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation and perfectly located for trips to different beaches on the island of pag. A big advantage is that the beach of potocnica is only a 5-minute walk away from the house. Besides that, Anes and Mladen are very helpful in the case of questions. The check-in and checkout works via keysafe and is therefore very flexible which is another advantage.

Perfect place place to spend some days (or weeks) in Olib! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We cooked most of the days and it is probably the best equipped Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!

The place is generali awsome. Wonderful sea coast view, nice peaceful beaches with great and safe access to the sea few minutes walk away from the apartement. We are family with small kids looking for peaceful place to get rest and it exceeded our expectation. The apartement is in much better condition and equipment, than appears on the pictures, so we were nicely supprised. It was our first experience with AirBNB and it was really great experience. We had the pleasure of renting Danijela's house and it was an exceptional experience. The house was incredibly well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful garden, which offered plenty of shade and a serene atmosphere to relax in. Another major advantage of our stay was the proximity to the beach, which was just a stone's throw away. What made it even better was that the beach was perfect for kids, making it an ideal family destination. Danijela was an incredibly helpful and friendly host who was always available to assist us. She not only provided valuable trip advice but also shared a fascinating historical overview of the place, Kosljun, which enriched our understanding of the area. Overall, our stay at Danijela's place was nothing short of fantastic, and it's a place we would absolutely love to visit again.

I warmly recommend staying in Villa Akulica. The accommodation with its beautiful sea view and well equipped pool area ensures a great experience. Additionally, Predrag (Host) was available at all time for questions or helpful tips for activities. All in all a very beautiful house which I definitely recommend for vacation trips.

Davorka and Mladen were hosting us as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Even better as we have expected. We loved the perfect house including the lovely terrace and the very clean beach/sea directly in front of it. If you are looking for a quiet and authentic airbnb we definitely reccomend a stay in Kosljun. So go for it…
