Villa vacation rentals in Zrće Beach

When you enter the House, you feel that you arrived! The hosts are very friendly, polite and give you the good feeling to be welcome! The house is well furnished with a lot of practical equipement in good condition! The sleepingrooms are equal to each other and good eqiuped as well. In the garden you will always find a cool place under one of those trees with a fantastic view over the sea. If it is possible we will come back again and join the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly hotspot! Tanks a lot for being your guests!

Lovely apartment 20-30minute walk to Pag town centre, nice and quiet and with the bonus of the pool. Renata was a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would easily recommend to a friend!

Villa Kadila was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The place was pristine and comfortable. We were able to make meals and start every morning with time outside and at the pool. Lovely private place away from the dense city.

We booked the entire house as a group of 13 people and loved it! The location of the house is a dream, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and in particular the view from the terraces and the short walk to the sea accesses were our highlights. The apartment was very clean and the check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

An amazing villa. Perfect for 10 girls on a weekend break. Branka was very helpful and able to offer us extras such as paddle boards which we had so much fun on in the beautiful sea. Great for groups or a couple of little families. The shop down the road is fine for essentials but might be worth doing a big shop in Novalja. Very clean and exactly like described on the listing.

We were a twelve-person group of friends who stayed at Jürgen's villa. Communication with Jürgen was great, he responded quickly to questions and was always able to help us. Check-in was straightforward and fast. Located just outside of Novalja, the villa has a very nice view of the sea. Modern furnishings with everything you need for your vacation. Here and there, however, there were small defects such as loose towel racks or toilets doors that cannot be locked. Otherwise, there is nothing big to complain about. We had our fun despite bad weather and thanks to the large conservatory with heating we could sit "outside" even in the rain.

Nice place to visit, expecially swimming pool is top match

Villa Pag has an exceptional location, from one side you can see the mountains, from the other the sea. In the morning we could also see wild sheep very close to the villa. The village of Sveta Maria is very peaceful. The beach is beautiful, well-kept, and it is about a 5-minute walk away. The villa is perfect for larger groups who want peace and quiet away from the city. It is very well equipped, everything you could need is there and more. All rooms are big enough. The pool can also be heated. Dražen is extremely responsive, friendly, and communication with him was always excellent. The ambience is wonderful. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We hope to come back again, as we were extremely satisfied with everything!

Very great cottage! We both had halves of the house and were a total of 16 people. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system did not work at the beginning, but a handyman was sent directly. Taxi to Zrće costs about €5 per person, Novalja is within walking distance. The pool is cleaned every day. Here you have to be prepared for someone to come by in the morning. Great stay!

Place is just like on the pictures, clean, comfy, with fully equipped kitchen, plenty or area to play, relax or just sit and read a book in a hammock. Place might be boring for teenagers as there is not so much to see, but having small kids around, it was exactly what we needed. Co-host Michaela and her family directly in the house were super helpful, always willing to answer any question or give usefull advice. There was really nothing that I did not like right there. If you considering visiting the place, car is a must as most of the groceries or bakery is kind of fat to walk to. I would also recommend try local fish made by owners, available at the location. 10/10 for me!
