The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3.
