The apartment (45m²+private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic Vieux Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, Its rustic and dark entrance may surprise you. The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The countryside in the city. Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Hall, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a real jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).
