The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Located at the edge of Lyon 6th, the apartment is very well located. It deserves 2 subway lines (A and B), 2 tram lines (1 and 4) with direct access to downtown (3 subway stops), Part Dieu train station (1 subway stop or 10mins walk), Congress center or the university campus La Doua (2 tram stops). Apartment with 1 room with a large bed, couch and equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a balcony. You will enjoy comfort for your touristic or work related stay.

ATTENTION: escalier étroit non adapté pour personne à forte corpulence
