Vacation rentals with a fireplace in 8th arrondissement

Very good location for this BnB located on the heights of Lyon, with a very nice view of the city (unfortunately the fog was key this weekend but no one can help it!). Large lot, living room large enough, terrace... everything went very well and I thank Pierre once again for his welcome.

The accommodation is beautiful and very well located near the groupama stadium. Steve is very responsive.

The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Lyon, but don’t want to stay in the busy city. It’s als very close to Beaujolais where they make some great wine! Would definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Perfect for our stay- really close to the stadium.

A spacious and charming place to stay in the heart of Vieux Lyon. Easy walking to all the main sites to see and to work off the gourmet treats served at the Bouchons. Odile is a very thoughtful host..Everything you needed was there including utensils and crockery, great cooking facilities, Espresso and smart TV etc. The bed was very comfortable and the place very clean. Highly recommended

Why you have to go: -The availability and kindness of Thierry and Choi. -The accommodation with superb decoration and very well equipped. -The perfect location for visiting the center of Lyon. Everything can be done on foot. -Multitude of restaurants and bars in close proximity. - Super comfortable bedding. Things to keep in mind. -no possibility to access the accommodation by car, the entrance is on a staircase street, with a 50 in steps. So if you are in a wheelchair or crutches it would be difficult. -the narrow streets give a certain charm but also involves quite dark accommodation. This is an advantage in the summer to keep it cool. We had a lovely time there.

We had a great time in Lyon. It’s a nice little apartment that is very well located in the city and super quiet. We can recommend staying here if you come to Lyon.

Very well located apartment close to the metro and all amenities. Central district of Lyon, close to Parc de la tête d 'or , bars and restaurants, various and varied shops. The apartment is very cozy , warm , with style furniture, beautiful paintings,it is very well equipped, clean and personalized. Breakfast is a very nice plus.Patricia is very responsive to requests. The only drawbacks , the noise that can disturb especially at night. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We loved staying in Helene’s place. The space itself is big and beautiful, location in centre of Ecully, just outside Lyon. Very easy to get into the city by bus or taxi or Ecully has some lovely places to visit. It’s better than the photos, fully equipped kitchen and really lovely heated pool with sun beds and a beautiful garden. To top it off Helene is an incredible host, probably the best I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Thank you so much Helene, you made our trip so easy and you were so kind and generous. We love your home!

This is an amazing Airbnb! The house, pool and garden are even better than described and are beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed using the bbq. The pool area is fantastic - lots of spots to sit either in the sun or shade. Plenty of room in the house with comfortable bedrooms that stayed cool even in the hot weather. Overall, would really recommend the stay and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Very satisfied overall. Very clean space. A few small concerns: accommodation not very suitable for children, stairs very dangerous for children, no keys to close the back door, automatic messages from the agency sometimes drove the information and other messages and questions waiting to be answered. The manager was very friendly.
