Welcome to Elegance! This 26 m2 Studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

INFO : la liaison fibre est coupée, il n'y aura pas de wifi jusqu'au 20 novembre. Studio avec balcon dans le 7ème arrondissement de Lyon, à proximité de la gare Jean Macé. L'appartement est tout équipé et convient parfaitement à un séjour touristique ou professionnel à Lyon. WIFI gratuit. Il est idéalement situé : à 5 min à pied du métro Jean-Macé (ligne B) et du tram T2. La gare de la Part-Dieu est accessible en 2 arrêts de métro (5 min) et la gare de Perrache en 2 arrêts de tram (4 min).

Includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160, 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer, 1 toilet, 1 large living room with the possibility of transforming the sofa into a bed of 160 and 1 equipped kitchen. A peaceful balcony to relax/eat. The apartment is very quiet (does not overlook any street). 2min walk from a bakery and tram T2 (Jean 23-maryse bastié) and 7min walk from metro D (white barn). A 10-minute walk from the famous lively Momplaisir district.
