Monthly Rentals in 8th arrondissement

From arrival to departure Marco was always ready to assist. the location is perfect, it's my second time at this apartment and I will surely return. The space is perfect for 1 if it's a long stay,but comfortable enough for 2 on a shorter stay. thank you Marco!!

I loved staying at Thibaud's place! The location is amazing, close to the metros, and lots of great restaurants and stores. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, had all the amenities I needed for my monthly stay, and I appreciated that it was fully stocked with the basics (cleaning products, shower products, trash bags, coffee pot, dishwasher pods). I also felt very safe in the building, especially as a solo female traveler. Thibaud met me upon arrival and walked me through the apartment, which was above and beyond. I would definitely stay in his apartment again!

Great apartment in a great location. Very close to shopping on the Champs-Élysées and to the Metro line. The area is very active with lots of shops and restaurants yet the apartment is very quiet and free of noise. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night. And the shower never ran out of hot water. Some of the flats we have rented in Europe have a very limited amount of hot water but this was not the case here. You can take a nice long shower after a full day out and about in Paris and never worry about the shower running cold. We would definitely stay here again.

i stayed 4 months for professional training, the studio is very nice and close to lines 1 and 9, food shops are very close, there are concierges in the building and Elena is coming quickly in case of problems. I recommend this studio.
