This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Be welcome in my nice chalet on the edge of the Kniphorstbosch, a beautiful and archaeological part of the Drentsche Aa National Park. Come and relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with one of the nicest shopping and nightlife cities in the Netherlands, 20 minutes drive away, Groningen. The chalet is quiet and detached on a property that is still under construction. There are no amenities on the premises itself, there are several supermarkets and shops accessible within 10 minutes by car

Voorzien van alle gemakken. Slapen in een bedstee (210x160), eigen douche en toilet. Als je geluk hebt zie je, zittend op het terras voor de wagen, in de avondzon een moeder ree met haar jong aan de bosrand rondscharrelen. Er is een (boodschappen)fiets aanwezig. De wagen is goed geïsoleerd en is verwarmd!
