Spacious house with large garden within walking distance of forest

We had brilliant stay here. The garden was just perfect for our three sons aged 6,8 and 10. We felt very at home in the house and it is a nice region to explore. Rolde is a pleasant little town. We enjoyed a tree experience nearby, where you climb up steps, then along purpose-built bridges in the canopy of beech trees. Would happily use the house as a base again in the future.

The stay with Gerda is TOP, wonderfully quiet place with lots of space. The conservatory is a great extension of the stay which more than doubles the living space and the cozy decor makes you feel right at home. I really can't think of anything negative. A 10 with a griffel. Highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable . Upon arrival, we had trouble with the key box . We were immediately helped . The house is at the end of a dead end road. That was perfect and very quiet there . The house itself is very comfortably furnished . There may be a 2 couch missing. I was 192 and my wife on the couch was already exciting😁. From the outside, the terrace and everything around was newly laid out . The storage room with the washer and dryer was perfect for our bikes . In general, it's a great area . We cycled almost 250 km . There are bike paths everywhere which is perfect. We will definitely be back . Corina and her husband were available at all times and very helpful. Thanks for that !!! De Staartmees is a nice cottage in a beautiful area. We stayed here for a few days with our 5 month old daughter. Everything was thought of, a bouncer, cot, highchair and even a game of baby food! Really warm welcome. The facilities on the property are also very nice such as the shop and the swimming pool. We lacked nothing and had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed one night. The place is in a very beautiful and peaceful camping zone. Right in the lake. There is an easy entrance in the water, clean sand, so you can easily go for a swim as well. Gas BBQ came very handy . Not much hustle . All ready and easy to use . It was a bit chilly when we stayed, but you have a heater inside and enough blankets if you need. The sitting area outside facing the lake is very comfortable and spacious. The bed was a bit uncomfy, but if you stay one two nights it’s not a bother. Place is clean and functional. Host is very friendly and and responsive . It’s is definitely recommended for a short getaway to unwind and enjoy the nature . We loved it
