In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Das Tinyhaus mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel ist auf unserem historischen Hof vor den Toren Nürnbergs. Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit 2er Induktionfeld, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Trobolo Trenntoilette (genial, keine Geruchsbelästigung). Das Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm ist über eine Leiter erreichbar und das gemütliche Sofa mit Kamin runden den Wohnraum ab. Nur Outdoor Spüli/Shampoo erlaubt. Kamin und Feuerstelle nach Absprache.

Der Brombach- und Altmühlsee sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt, ein kleiner Bäcker im Ort sorgt für frische Brötchen am Morgen. 🥐☕
