"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
