If you like the Mountain, far from the trendy resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer to hike or ride on the stages of the Tour de France, this is for you. The water mill, unusual lodging thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. Covering an area of 40m2 on the ground and with its mezzanine it sleeps up to 4 people.

We are on the shores of the reservoir, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the French border, by the port of El Portalet.

For 6 people it is composed of: - a living/ dining room with wood insert open to a large terrace with dining area and plancha. - Equipped kitchen. - two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed downstairs with their bathroom each. -WC -Buanderie with washing machine and dryer. upstairs: - TV area. -Looking space with sofa - an attic room with 140 bed and bathroom with bathtub. -WC.

15 minutes by car from Gourette: small house facing south, fully equipped, semi-detached with independent entrance and shared exterior. You will appreciate the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom upstairs. Many hikes and mountain activities nearby. Household linen and cleaning not included (linen rental possible on request: see internal regulations).

The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.
