The people in the neighborhood are quiet and polite. Around the apartment, there are cobblestone streets and beautiful alleys connected with the port of Adamantas. "Joys" is in the center of the port, having a cozy and warm atmosphere that will make you relax. In a short walk you will discover the beach, restaurants and café. Situated within an estate of 500m2 in the picturesque village of Plakes you will find the stone house of “Kalimerena“. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.
