Independent access private parking. Ground floor living room with direct access to the terrace. We go down a spiral staircase to the sleeping area in the basement. Bed in 160, bathroom and independent toilet. No window to the outside but a 1m 40 skylight by the stairs. VMC & A/C No pets.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
