Lake Passy is a 10-minute bike ride away, the first ski resort is a 20-minute drive (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes away. The studio has a small equipped but sketchy kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!
