In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. Chalet located 3 km from Lake Annecy, with a superb view of the lake. Annecy at 10 km, beautiful beaches nearby, walks and hikes of the chalet (including paragliding departure site). Ski resorts (Grand Bornand and Clusaz) 30 min away. Large grounds with pétanque court. To book: Choose the option to "contact the seller" after entering your dates and not shorten them from people. Direct access to a private beach, the port and all the camping equipment including spa (paid) and the kids clubs. A perfect spot to enjoy the mountains and the lake as a family or with friends.
