Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly built attic house in Askim! Here you live in a Scandinavian and well-planned accommodation of 30 sqm – perfect for those who want to be close to both the sea, the forest and the center of Gothenburg. You have the bike path right outside the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the archipelago. If you want to go into town, the express bus goes there in 15 minutes, or you can take the car in 10 minutes. Free parking on site. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Guesthouse in Önnered

Newly-built, bright guest house with balcony and patio. Close to swimming area by the sea (1.9 km), center by car/bus (15-30 min). Bus stop, 150 m. Sleeping loft with two beds and one bed downstairs in a separate room. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and washing machine. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are available to borrow. Parking for passenger cars is available in the driveway, additional fee for charging electric cars. In connection with departure, you clean the house according to instructions on site.

Här har ni promenadavstånd till klippbad och strand (15 min), busshållplats 300 m från bostaden om ni vill tar er in till centrala Göteborg. Matbutik, pizzeria mm finns 600 m bort. Parkering finns tillgängligt för en bil på uppfarten precis utanför bostaden, uppfarten är kameraövervakad för extra säkerhet.

The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
