the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Mr. Ihsan was also very interested. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again:):)

It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Ms. Aysun immediately responded to all our requests, flexibility was provided for check-in. The house was well cleaned and incredibly tidy. F/P on a high level. We stayed with two families and had no problems. It would be a first choice in the area.

Mr. Arda and his brother Berk were very friendly and helpful people. The location of the house was great, it was right near the bazaar. We found parking right behind the house. We had all our needs at home. It was a very clean and tidy house. Thank you Mr. Berk and Mr. Arda for his hospitality. If we come to Çeşme again, we will stay here again.

I can definitely recommend it with basic elements such as the attention of the host, quick response, complete information flow, the location of the house, cleanliness, spaciousness, proximity to the bazaar and popular places, that it is very quiet and peaceful, offers a comfortable enough accommodation for 4 people, and the price performance is quite good.

It has a unique view and was in a very good location, we easily reached it, we loved the house in general, but if you stay during these months, it can take a while to heat it up because most of the house is covered with glass, so the floors were cold and we were a little cold due to the weather

We were absolutely happy with everyone and everything. We highly recommend this place. Very attentive and always was responsive. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Our stay satisfied us beyond our expectations, on the one hand by the location of the apartment overlooking this small bay bathed in sunshine where there is calm conducive to rest and contemplation and on the other hand thanks to the history of this island which has lived and still lives from the production of the "mastika", and which gives this place a particular historical dimension. The population is incredibly kind and available (undoubtedly due to the end of the tourist season). This is an invaluable bonus as you can truly soak up the soul of the island. And then there are these beaches nestled in coves of incredible beauty and the water still fresh for this end of October. The local gastronomy is also at the height of all the above with homemade cuisine and full of flavors. Many thanks to Diane for her responsiveness and great advice.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.
