Our villa is also the central location of Alaçatı, 4-6 minutes walk from the village bazaar,air-conditioned, no parking problems, easy to reach, close to markets (Sok,A101, Migros,Macrocenter). A spacious and spacious living room with 3 spacious terraces in the front and back. Our villa is the duplex part of a triplex building, and separated from the adjoining basement unit. It is 250m away from Ali Bostan Plaji, a 'sandy' public beach. It is within walking distance to local bakery, supermarket, mosque. Nearby Dalyan village hosts world class fish restaurants. Our 200m2 villa is furnished adequately for 8 guests with a nice swimming pool and a private garden. Our neighborhood is quiet and ideal for families with kids. Winter-rental is OK with AC heaters.
