We enjoyed our stay very much. Polyxeni was very friendly and supportive. We could even bring our cats. It's a great place to stay, nearby the beach (5 min by foot) and the town is also not far. We will come back.

A great choice for Chios Town! The location is in the heart of the city, the apartment is like in the photos, spacious and lacking nothing for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, thoughtful, and communication with Georgia was immediate. We'll go with it again !

The building was new, with high ceilings, bright. It was clean and spacious. The physical amenities were good. The place I would consider staying again It's not just about this house, but the neighborhood overall accommodation fee is high. Could be more convenient.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

Niko's place is gorgeous. 15 minutes from the port, beautiful road. She greeted us when we went and helped us with the luggage. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The house was very clean and the sheets smelled good. It was newly renovated, everything was very useful. Niko had left spare towels and sheets for us. We felt like we were at home. Twenty steps to the sea by walking and the balcony view is amazing. The biggest plus is having private parking. It was helpful with my car rental. I wish I could give this place endless stars. Our stay at Sissy’s place was amazing. First day of our trip, I was ill and didn’t feel well. I requested an early check-in due to my condition and she immediately arranged it. When we enter the home, there were so many little details that Sissy prepared for us. A bottle of wine, fresh fruits, different kinds of coffees, breakfast snacks and welcome cookies. The linens were very clean and smelled so good. She was responsive and quick every time I asked her a question. Thanks for everything again, it was such a lovely stay and hope to meet you again. +The location is fantastic, it’s in the heart of the city and walking distance to the everywhere in downtown.

We had a very pleasant holiday with 7 friends at Ms. Rengin's house in Reisdere. The house is exactly the same as in the image. The pool and multi-room are very suitable for large groups of friends and families. We never needed to leave the house and had a very pleasant time. A comfortable house that meets all your needs with a barbecue, coffee maker, sun loungers. We regretted not renting longer. It will be the first house that comes to our mind for our future vacations. Thank you to Ms. Rengin and her family for doing their work with care.

Semra was extremely helpful, gave recommendations and responsive to any queries. Home was clean, tidy and exactly as in pictures. Garden lovely too. The tiny local shop had lots of amazing fruit and veg and we felt like they began to know our daily trips. We will return.

We were in constant communication with Ms. Sırma from the first moment. The location of the house is very nice. We normally do not like Alaçatı-Cesme, thanks to both the fact that it is off-season and the beauty of the house, we said "Alaçatı is very nice" for the first time:) The neighborhood where the house is located is very beautiful, spacious, wooded, very close to the sea and the sea-coastal is very clean. Ms. Sırma also arranged for us to provide us with the necessary items to go to the sea. It was also very positive that there were stray animals in the neighborhood, and there were sweet dogs and cats. We had very nice dog friends, they left us all the way to our street; we had a good morning in the garden in the morning with the beautiful cats:) It was very nice to be with the animals at a time like this. Check-in was also easy: Mr. Muzaffer greeted us with his wife (I'm sorry I couldn't find his name) with Ms. Sırma's guidance. The amenities of the house were as described and clean. For the first time, we slept in an airbnb house without feeling nervous:) If the character was enough, I would write it:))) We hope we have the chance to stay in this house again <3

Cesme is a nice village next to Alacati and near a lot of beautiful beaches. The village itself is charming and lively. The house is in the old city center and has the charme of the typical old houses that has been recently renovated. Parking is not obvious at first but it is not super difficult at the end. No airconditioning

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center.
