Sea and nature holiday home

Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

Amazing panoramic view,Beach 5 min by walk

In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

In Cesme Sifne, our villa is very close to the sea Ilica is only 5-10 minutes by car Alacati is only 10-15 minutes by car Cesme Marina is only 20-25 minutes away by car Monarch Beach Club is only 5 minutes away Quente Beach Club is only 7 minutes away Unique Ilica beach only 5-7 minutes away Living and dining area as well as a conservatory where you can open the glass doors. There is also a garden area with a barbecue grill. The pool is a private pool belonging only to this villa

Inside there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 3 wall air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 dining room. While our stone villa offers you the simplicity that our soul needs, it is also only 1-2 minutes walking distance to the entertainment places of Alaçatı, clubs, restaurants and grocery store, 10-15 minutes by car to a very popular beach.

Incredible sea view, our private VILLA with a PRIVATE POOL JUST FOR YOU, it is completely independent, it is not in the compound!! It is quiet, peaceful, very safe. You can easily, you can burn your barbecue very comfortably. It is 2.5 km to the ilica beach and 4 minutes by car. 5 minutes by car to Alacatiya 3.5 km by car, 5 minutes to the marina, migros,bus station is 2 minutes away. There is a closed garage. It is 800m to the sea. It is active in summer and winter.

Our house, which is 5 minutes walk from the unique Ilıca beach, is located at the back of the unique construction site houses. You can reach the Alaçatı bazaar in 10 minutes by car. Our specially designed and renovated house at the beginning of summer has all the items and accessories that our guests may need. Our 22 m2 pool is in common use with the twin house.
