The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy space of the house. The place is looking for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

It is a self-contained apartment of 30 square meters with the possibility of a single bed. The terrace has a barbecue and evening sun. In addition, a small garden with morning sun. The beach is 1 km from the apartment end . You can drive out to the beach and park. The grocery store and restaurants are 50 meters. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels can be rented for 50 kroner. per person. It is not allowed to charge your Electric Car at the Apartment. There is EL Ladder 100m. From apartment.

I offer a newer, charming house centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Østerby, Skagen. We are close to both city and nature. The house is close to Skagen Museum, Anchers Hus, Brøndums Hotel, Iscafeen, Bamsemuseet, butcher Munch, harbor and beach. You can walk to lovely Sønderstrand in a few minutes.

There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
