Peter’s place is brimming with authenticity. The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s cozy, warm, and full of heart. You can truly feel the love that built this home. The large window looks out onto a beautiful native landscape filled with tanoaks and blooming rhododendrons. We walked his property and even found two types of native orchids! Peter kindly started a fire for us without us even asking and made us feel incredibly welcome. The kitchen had everything you could need, all natural — no Teflon in sight. A huge bonus: no stinky plug-ins or heavily-scented linens. Everything felt fresh and clean. We can’t recommend it enough!

I cannot say enough about this incredible cabin in Albion! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—absolutely stunning at every hour of the day. The outdoor shower? Pure magic. The beautiful tub overlooking the forest was the highlight. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host. Thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Every little detail was perfect, and their warmth made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful escape, unmatched natural beauty, and a host who goes above and beyond, this is the place. Already counting the days until we can return!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The hosts really are great people and we felt welcomed from the get-go. They were always helpful and friendly. The property is lovely and spacious, both inside and out. It shows that the hosts put a lot of care and effort into creating a beautiful space. We felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wish we were here longer, but we'll be back. :)

Lovely house surrounded by redwoods. Feels like you’re really escaping the city and going to a fairy tale forest. A lot of unique aspects I highly appreciate such as the wood stove, the double-high ceiling in the main room and the loft. Also they were generous and went out of the way to make us feel at home like the breakfast items, plenty of firewood, comfortable checkin/checkout times etc.
