The apartment is located on a southwest hillside location on the 1st floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) can be reached in 5′ and the village center, with shopping facilities such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., in a 10-minute walk. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs.
