Our loft is located in a beautiful and landscaped residential area of townhouses. It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The metro is 3 minutes away on foot, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to the Barajas airport and the Autonomous and Comillas universities, making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.

Loft apartment 10 minutes from the airport and Madrid. 4 minutes from La Moraleja Green, Carrefour, cinemas and all kinds of shops. Bus at the door and subway 15 minutes walk. 600 MB fiber optic Internet, air conditioning, Vodafone HVB, DVD, VIDEO, all kinds of kitchen utensils, etc. Luxury apartment 10 minutes away from the airport and Madrid city center. Only 4 minutes from La Moraleja Green. Air conditioning, fastest WIFI connection 600MB. Swimming pool and Spa included.

It is located a bit far from the subway/metro (Google maps will say otherwise and direct you to take a path that is not safe) but you can get there with a bit of walking (using the sidewalk path is around 20 mins walk) You can always use Cabify (you can use my code mariob3924) if you don't fancy walking to the subway. Ride should be around 5 euros to station La Granja. Supermarket is nearby but it's quite a hike. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The loft has everything you will need.”
