Vacation rentals with lake access in Balearic Islands

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

The house is really very nice and thoughtfully decorated. The outside of the house with the great pool offered a lot of privacy. Due to the different levels, you have found your favorite place at any time of the day. Particularly beautiful was the view of the bay. In just 5 minutes we were on the beach and were able to enjoy the great bay spontaneously and also outside peak times. Highly recommended are also the nearby villages of Santanyi and Ses Salines, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car and have very good restaurants to offer. The communication with the host and the manager on site was always friendly and we were helped quickly.

The 180 degree view takes your breath away from the first moment, just beautiful. Since we visited the island for the first time, we took some excursions. Returning to the view at Marion & Ben's place is great. The house is furnished with love and perfectly equipped. We didn't cook, but we think everything is there. The steps in the rocks invite you to still close to the sea and let you really come down. The proximity to the beach is great. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel that they love their house and enjoy sharing the great place with others. We would have liked to have stayed longer than 11 nights. The next guest can be very happy about the visit.

Rosa and her family were extremely helpful and made check in easy. It's a beautiful home close to the inland lake and a very short walk to the beach on the sea. Great porch to sit and take in sun and watch the sunset.

A beautifully located house in quiet surroundings – perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen could be a little more extensive (more glasses, cutting boards, casseroles would be helpful). The furniture on the roof terrace is unfortunately damaged, but otherwise the house is very cozy and well furnished. The fast and friendly contact with the rental was particularly positive. Overall a good stay!

One of the most adventurous roads of our lives was RVing. The hosts handed over the car near the airport, explained everything clearly, they were very direct. The car was clean and had everything we needed for comfort. We got recommendations, route suggestions for exploring the island, ideas for things to do. But on top of that, we've always had them on the road. We will definitely meet again. :)

We love to stay in the very nice apartment. And Barcares is so beautiful.

Nice accommodation, very functional and well-equipped. It is well located, beach and hiking nearby. Please note that parking can be very difficult like everywhere in Ibiza. The only downside is the sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the apartment next door and you don't have the same rhythm of life as people who live there all year round…

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

The highlight of the accommodation is the play together of the well thought out furnishings, super clean and at the same time "straightforward", yet charming apartment with the warmth and authenticity of the hostess. I'm happy that Maru is hosting me ha! She was always available, gave great restaurant recommendations and drove me to the ferry on departure. The only minor flaw is that it can get noisy on the balcony, as it is located at a crossroads. Parking opposite as well as 2 moped landlords in the immediate vicinity. Compensation for this: Unbeatable evening! In the pre-season, the bus connections weren't that great yet, but taxi driving is a good alternative: fair prices and friendly drivers. (From my point of view, no one needs a car on Formentera - all distances are easy to navigate by bike or even by foot.) Muchisimas gracias, Marú - alla prossima!

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

We were delighted with the apartment. Monica welcomed us and God's advice. The apartment was super nice decorated and very clean, the bed super comfortable . Everything new. Great location even if you don't have a car (bus very close by) and by bike you can get anywhere on the island. Ocean view from the balcony. Area with restaurants and supers. We'll be back for sure! We had a great time in Menorca. The success of this vacation is partly due to Richard who is a very welcoming, responsive and with very good advice. We renew our thanks to him. We enjoyed the quiet of the residence with our children, the swimming pool and its many deckchairs (always available at any time of the day). The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches on the island and the whole family's favorite for the city of Ciutadella, just a 15-minute drive away. We highly recommend it!!

Jesus and his wife are very nice hosts. The hospitality and the whole organisation was just fabulous. They even gave me nice recommendations about the island, beaches, restaurants and places for hiking. The flat is clean and very cosy and placed next to the sea. I can highly recommend it.
