Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!

The cottage sits right by the water and features a small kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping loft. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

There are no neighbors, besides us. Cozy beech forest for walks etc and wild animals and birds are often seen. No pets in cottage.

Quiet idyllic accommodation of 14 m2 with room for 1 person in room with kitchenette. Separate shower and toilet. The cottage is beautifully located in our garden. Free parking space included. To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Gäststuga på ca15 kvadrat med pentry och liten toalett. Tillgång till stor altan med sol hela dagen. Gäststugan ligger på vår tomt med möjlighet till parkering. Dusch och tvättstuga finns i bostadshuset med egen ingång i källaren. Goda kommunikationer in till Göteborg via buss eller tåg. I vår trädgård vistas våra katter och höns.

Stuga i Nödinge

Red charming cottage for 4-5 people, 60 square meters with nature outside the door. The cottage was built in 2020. Winter 2023 we repainted/repainted. 4 km to Ale Torg, close to swimming lakes, Ale Disc Golf Center, Ale Golf Club, nice walking paths, 3 km to Gothenburg, commuter train is available, 1 mile to Kungälv.
