This was probably one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays we have had. I can only recommend the service, the space, and pretty much everything. thank you so much!

This is the house if you want to stay in the country. We were 3 generations that fit in. Nice with your own house for the young people. Large area around & pool. The host was extremely quick and accommodating to answer questions and gave such good recommendations at different restaurants and activities that we requested. Is a dog kennel nearby where there is usually a connection with them getting food. Quiet in between. Good to have a car here.

It was a repeat, we liked the place and we came back. All impeccable . Home environment warm , smelling as we enter . All 5*

Really grateful to Carlos for his help during our stay. We had not planned to stop but as our van broke down we made a last minute booking and had a great stay here. Carlos was so helpful and we are really grateful for all his help. The space was just perfect for what we needed.

We had a great time at this stunning home conveniently located 20 minutes from the beach. We appreciated the size of the house with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the outside to organize BBQs, and the fact that it is very well equipped with appliances. Friendly and available host. Zulmira and her family are just so friendly and kind I felt at home. The place was very clean, beautiful and also everything we could think of was prepared the area is so peacful and calm I could not suggest it anymore everything was so perfect

Ruben was very welcoming and kind and extremely helpful! He had a bottle of wine and water waiting for us. He went and picked a huge bag of fresh oranges and lemons and gave them to us! We made fresh juice which was delish! He brought gifts for 2 people in our group who had birthdays! He taught my husband Paddle and took him to a court and played with him and 2 friends. He even gave us info on places to see and things to do in Albufeira which was our next destination. We stayed in the “Greenhouse” which was perfect for 2 people. Our daughter’s family stayed in one of the other houses. It was a fabulous 3 weeks together. The horses across the street, the cork trees surrounding, the red bud trees, and wisteria were beautiful! They have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a trampoline, a beautiful swimming pool, a ping pong table, and a game room with a pool table. Anything you needed, Ruben was there with it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maverick Surf Villas. Lots to do in the local area, stunning coastline, definitely need a car, but its easy to get every where, roads are very quiet. The villa was beautiful, so much space and everything you could need. Hosts were very helpful, gave us lots of advice on the local area and hosted some lovely dinners. Thank you so much.

We went with a family of 9 people, we loved it, the outdoor space is great for children. The house has everything you need for a stay. Very calm and very pleasant area. We want to go back! Carlos was always available to help if necessary.

We stayed at the property with a group of 6 adults and 5 children for a week. All in all, we were completely satisfied. The house has a few age-related quirks (windows and sliding doors sometimes difficult to open), which has not limited our satisfaction. The spaces were sparkling clean, the pool was great, and there were even sand toys and umbrellas for the kids. Great is also that the house is so big so not all guests wake up when a baby screams at night. We had a great time in Lourinha and would be happy to come back!

Charming and peaceful.Elio was very friendly and helpful to us and spoke very good English which helped since we do not have much Portuguese. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding countryside stunning. We enjoyed the pool and also the little plunge pool just outside our front door.

We had a lovely time at Teresa's property, nice place and met a person of extraordinary kindness! I would highly recommend it!!!!

My dog and I had a wonderful stay. We felt at home. The house has all the amenities, comfort and best sunset views. I highly recommend this place.

Jose’s place is a little paradise in Alenquer with such an amazing array of flora and wildlife. The pool is large and well equipped with many sun loungers. A breakfast mostly made from produce grown within the gardens was made on the Sunday morning (the jam, cheesecake and carrot cake were particularly good, best we’ve ever tasted!) which was a very welcome surprise. Paola created some lemonade with Lemons and mint from the gardens and it was simply delicious. Jose even gave us five huge Sicilian Lemons to take with us once we left for home! We were staying for four days as we were over from the UK for a wedding which was hosted only 1km away, but we have to say this place would easily justify a holiday in itself. Everyone couldn’t do enough to help us, given my wife is 30 weeks pregnant and our overall experience of Jose’s place, Alenquer and Portugal was nothing short of beautiful. Thank you Jose and Paola for treating us like a King and Queen during our stay, we will never forget

A very special house in the countryside where you can relax and enjoy the silence. Any, the owner, was very kind with a gift on arrival and a basket of fruit picked from the tree in the garden in the morning. Absolutely recommended if you want to escape from the city and relax in the Portuguese countryside or as a stop to Porto.

We felt very comfortable in the Carregado house. It was all exactly as described and communication was very straightforward. The owners always responded very quickly and kindly. We will definitely be back

the hosts are very kind, welcoming, quiet places, full of animals. As a matter of tranquility, I recommend it.

first of all I want to thank Maria for your kindness her responsiveness about our every question. we found an amazing house full of life we spent evenings playing ping pong, the garden is amazing and the lemons are excellent we were even able to play pétanque, the view of the mountain and beautiful it's never the same according to the weather I highly recommend it we can't wait to go back for a little longer period

Unique accommodation in a 100 + year old mill with mill decor partially preserved. Beautifully located with great views. Sandra received us with great warmth and generosity. We had wishes to see more mills and Clotilde was very helpful. A home we are happy to recommend.

Great house with great views, I called it "Portuguese Tuscany". We used the pool and the beautiful and wind-protected terrace daily. In the evening it was very comfortable inside. Francisco gave us cheese, jam, bread and the best cookies I've ever eaten and he was always easily accessible. We could even extend one night and would have liked to have stayed longer. The car can be easily parked in the bay directly 15 m road downhill to the left in front of the fence. Thank you for everything.

I felt right at home. They were always attentive to what you needed , you had your own privacy and were very comfortable. We'll do it again for sure. Hai salido encantados.
