Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Alentejo

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

Our stay was short, but it was well worth it. The house is very well equipped, with all the necessary accessories. From the kitchen with several utensils, the bathroom, stocked with gel and towels. It's a really nice place to go. We had a mishap with the car, but the hostess helped us quickly, we appreciate all the effort to all those who managed to save the car ☺️

Thank you for a great stay in the apartment! It is a small retreat, very private and I was able to work in peace. The communication was fantastic and I have no complaints.

In all aspects this place exceeded my expectations. It’s in the centre of town, authentic neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants within 10” walk. It’s super quiet and the roof terrace is a great place to relax, sit, read. The interior is beautifully furnished. The place is intimate, cosy. I felt at home immediately. Maybe the time of the year I was traveling, February, and the beautiful small town of Tavira added to these experiences. José is a fantastic host. His restaurant tips were absolutely briljant. Some people complain about the noise of the bins that are emptied early morning or night but this is really small noise. The rest of the time you hear nothing. At least not during my stay. I was alone this time but my wife and I already agreed to put this apartment as our nr 1 when returning.

a good accommodation, good location, quiet. lake view from the terrace. lemon trees in the garden. hiking trails close to the accommodation. to access the lake from the accommodation you are 30 meters away.

Check-in was smooth and Igor was very welcoming and communicative.The environment is big.Walking distance to nearby town.The jacuzzi was unusable in the event of a sudden, but the housekeeper quickly provided a satisfactory solution and acquired a new bath.I left behind a very important jade pendant and the housekeeper sent it to me in time. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended

We’ve just spent a relaxing week at Quinta do Sol. We loved that the location is rural and peaceful but there’s a supermarket 5 minutes drive and Tavira town about 10 minutes drive and beaches not much further. The house is comfortably furnished with good kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and shady terrace area (which is about 100m from the house) Sophie met us at the house even though we arrived at 9pm and was always really responsive to any messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she came quickly to our rescue! She also recommended some great beaches. We would definitely stay again.

My family had a fantastic time in La Casa Celeste. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a beautiful place and the house is located in a quiet family friendly area with a number of restaurants and stores nearby. The beach is just around the corner and it stretches all the way to the more lively city centre and beyond. Its closeness to both Jerez and Cádiz made it the perfect living for us as we wanted to visit both cities regularly. The patio connected to the kitchen is probably what we will miss the most about staying at the house. Although I think we will miss everything about staying there. José and Judith were extremely friendly, generous and helpful. If we had any questions they were quick to respond and always made sure that we had everything we needed and more. The only sad part is that we eventually had to leave. We will always remember our stay with great joy and we hope to come back one day. Best regards, David

Beautiful accomodation in a quiet part of town. Amazing amenities with easy access and friendly host with good recommendations and helpful! A bit of a walk from town but this gets you a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal for a few quiet days near the sea. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff impeccable. The apartment was clean and in great condition, we only noticed that there was some visibility of the room into the wc (mostly at night with the light on). The presence of animals is allowed which we find an added value and we intend to return :)

After a few hiccups regarding the WiFi and heating - and always excellent responses from Miguel & Patricia - we ultimately felt right at home. We loved the location, it was so easy to get around everywhere in Olhao by foot. The beds were very clean and comfortable. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. We appreciate that Miguel and Oateicia were very responsive to any concerns we had. Just be aware the building houses restaurants below the units, and it can get a bit noisy on the weekends. Otherwise we loved staying here.

We just got back from a stay at Ricardo's apartment for 6 days. I have to say, it was a great place to stay! Ricardo was friendly and helpful, and he stayed in touch throughout our visit. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport were all within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. It’s a lively neighbourhood, but at night it was quiet, which was perfect. Plus, parking in the garage was a piece of cake! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. Thanks, Ricardo, for a nice stay!

Sofia and Diana were outstanding hosts, I can't thank them enough for providing a wonderful place to stay. instructions were clear, apartment was gorgeous and the two of them answered any questions I had right away. Being from the United States, and coming to Portugal for the first time they made the entire process so easy so I could just enjoy my time in Portugal. Highly recommend.

Teresa's apartment is well organized and equipped with everything you need, even umbrellas for the beach.It is located in an excellent position, right in the historic center but in a quiet and silent street.It is a penthouse with a nice terrace overlooking the rooftops.Teresa is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great stay. Lovely location & very well equipped apartment. Communication was absolutely fantastic! I locked myself out of the apartment one morning and within 20 minutes the issue was resolved, couldn’t recommend this host more?

This is a lovely property. Brian dealt very quickly with the couple of small problems we had on arrival. A car is needed as the complex is in a spot with no pavements. Gardens, pool etc all immaculate and underground parking was great. Internet was a bit hit and miss

Couldn’t fault our stay in Susana’s place; me and my husband stayed for a week but it would be spacious enough to accommodate a small family. Location was perfect for us, with both the marina and old town walkable within 15 minutes (although hilly which was good exercise). Plenty of restaurant choices nearby and Susana provided lots of local recommendations which is always appreciated. Amenities within the flat were above average, allowing us to be flexible and providing us opportunity to stay in some evenings. Having the two balconies is also a real perk and allows you to catch sunshine for the majority of the day. Overall, a wonderful apartment with a responsive and accommodating host - would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely home away from home.

We unfortunately had to move from our first accomodation very late at night. Jorge was out with friends however he sacrificed his evening to ensure we could check in immediately. We were so grateful!! He was very professional and thorough. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, light, private and quiet. It had all the facilities we needed. The complex itself felt very safe and the pool area is lovely. Location wise its great - a 10 minute walk into both the old town and the marina. It is on a hill so its an upward climb back the apartment however there are plenty of taxis/tuktuks that can bring you back for a reasonable fee. Plus being on a hill makes for great views! We would 100% stay again and have already recommended to friends and family.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a nice view over the dunes and sea at Ferragudo. Apartment is in a suburb of Ferragudo and on a hill, Vila Gaivota Phase 2. Within walking distance of a beautiful stand, Praia dos Caneiros. To walk to Ferragudo with you half an hour walk through a rolling dune landscape and via rocky dune paths. Apartment has a beautiful and modern beach/sea decor and is spacious in design and equipped with everything. Everything for a nice stay. To do your shopping, you can go to Ferragudo itself, at the local entrepreneurs, or drive towards the Lidl and Continente further towards Portimao.

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. Rui is a wonderful, proactive SUPERHOST. Already at the airport, he had arranged a taxi driver (for our costs, of course). Rui was present when entering, fruit was ready for us, as was water, wine and beer in the fridge. So satisfied that we have booked before 2025. GREAT

Incredible stay at this penthouse. Great location close to beaches and the town center. Loved the pool and view. definitely recommend !!!
