River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Newly renovated building with lift, a sober and cozy decoration, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment will be a great starting point to explore the city. Restaurants, cafes and a small market nearby. There is also a 28 tram stop 100 meters away and the Terreiro do Paço metro station is at a 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and AC included. Parking place available upon request at 5 minutes. Appartement situé à SEIXAL,petit village pittoresque dans la baie sud face à Lisbonne.L'appartement à une grande terrasse avec vu sur le taje.Le centre de Lisbonne est accessible en 15 minutes grâce à de nombreux ferrys à 500 mètres de l'appartement.Il est situé à 20 minutes des plus plages (Costa da Caparica.......) quartier calme avec de nombreux commerces,bars,restaurants......zone piétonne le long de la berge pour la marche ,course à pied,vélo.....

The location of the apartment makes it perfect for visiting the city and the surrounds (Alfama/Panteão Nacional/Feira da Ladra/Sta Apolónia Station) but without paying Chiado prices! All transports are 3 minutes walking distance.
