Condo vacation rentals in Alicante

We spent a month here and immediately felt at home. The kitchen, especially, is well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The sitting room is the central spot with views of both sea, the Serra Grossa in Alicante, and mountains behind. The furniture is comfortable with many choices for relaxing. You won’t regret staying here.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

Perfect from beginning to end. We were given great instructions to the apartment and greeted by Agnieszka who was so kind and gave us tips on nearby amenities. Wine, water and chocolates on arrival. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Just a great place to stay

Wij hebben bijna 6 weken in dit appartement gezeten en hebben het super gehad! Het appartement had alles voor ons lange verblijf. Extra pluspunten: bureau en terras. Ideale locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch op korte loopafstand van strand en centrum. En de groene heuvel met het kasteel aan het einde van de straat! Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even te lopen en te genieten van het uitzicht. Teresa heeft ons super goed geholpen. Ze reageert snel en het is erg fijn communiceren met haar. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan!

Fijne week gehad en fantastisch uitzicht! Communicatie was erg fijn, kregen direct antwoord. Enige minpuntje was dat we de wasmachine niet konden gebruiken.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica . La casa es muy acogedora y moderna con todos los utensilios necesarios en buen estado . Muy bien situada , en zona tranquila , pudiendo ir tanto al pueblo como a la playa a pie . El propietario ha sido encantador con una gran flexibilidad en los horarios , muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos .

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

Hier ist eine freundlichere und zufriedenere Version deiner Bewertung: --- Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, zwölf wunderschöne Tage in Ingrids Wohnung verbringen zu dürfen! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Mycket trevligt bemötande, vi hade en lika underbar semester igen som förra året i denna fina lägenhet, mycket hemtrevligt, återkommer gärna igen. Bra läge och trevligt område centralt men ändå lugnt, vänliga bästa värdar vill ge Allan och Gemma ett stort tack, ses snart igen😀

Nuestra estancia de un mes en este apartamento fue maravillosa! Desde el primer día, Martine y Philippe fueron extremadamente amables y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera bien durante mi estancia. El apartamento estaba limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y sin complicaciones. Un detalle que realmente valoramos fue que nos dejaron una cuna y una silla para nuestro bebé, lo cual fue muy conveniente y nos ayudó a sentirnos como en casa desde el primer día. Las vistas son increíbles y la ubicación no podría ser mejor: justo abajo hay un supermercado muy practico y la playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando. Además, hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías en los alrededores para disfrutar del ambiente local. Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar al 100 % y volveremos en el futuro.

Unfortunately on the day we were due to travel a family emergency meant we were unable to. Although we explained to Manuel that we did not expect a refund due to the late cancellation he spoke to Air BNB and arranged this for us completely unexpectedly. It was a lovely gesture and, whilst we were very disappointed not to be able to visit this time, we will be booking for next year and very much looking forward to it!

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

hola, he está en el apartamento de Fiona y la verdad es mejor de lo.que se ve en la foto, todo muy limpió, muy tranquilo solo se respira paz, la naturaleza impresionante, Fiona super amable, muy pendiente volveremos. para llegar al apartamento después que pasa el control de seguridad es muy fácil, Google lo tiene muy mal.inficado te envía a la calle pez espada 46, pero es súper fácil es pasar el control de seguridad y girar como quien vas otra vez para el control de seguridad y la tercera a la derecha, luego a la izquierda y luego llega a la calle mero a la derecha muy fácil, se le dejo por si le sirve de ayuda, está súper cerca del supermercado spar,de los restaurantes, de la playa alcázares por está zona a encontrará Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Consum, Dia y grandes tiendas y está sólo a 12 minutos aunque el gsp ponga 19 O 25 minutos... mil gracias super anfitriona Fiona volveremos eres un amor 😍😍😍😍
