Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The accommodation is located on Calpe's main street, in a very atmospheric area and close to the beach. The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and well-kept. Its terrace is huge, ideal for summer, and has a fan and air conditioning. As for the contact with Virginia, excellent, at all times he cared about explaining everything, adapting schedules and resolving any questions. You've been a great host. When we go to Calpe, we will definitely repeat.

Fantastic apartment located right on the beach with stunning views. Walking distance to everything. A stylish apartment with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

Enrique and Domingo are very friendly and attentive hosts who are aware of everything and that nothing is missing. Her home is inviting, spacious and helpful. It's cool, we went in May and we didn't put the air on a day, even though it has it, and very strong. You have everything in the kitchen, coffee maker, oven, microwave and hob and also has a washer and dryer (obligatory given the humidity does not dry anything). It has everything on hand, quick bumps to downtown and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. Difficult to park but it also has parking so well out there, although be careful if you have a very big car because the entrances are very fair.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

Thanks to Luis for his very nice and friendly welcome. He is a really charming, attentive and considerate host, sometimes a little too infantilizing for Adults. The apartment is as described, it is perfect for a good stay by the sea. Everything is within easy walking distance, and transportation is right next door. (I advise you to take a walking tour of the city, you will discover these pretty fishermen neighborhoods of yesteryear) The city center of Alicante is pleasant attractive and lots of restaurants. And if like me you like the beach, Postiguet beach is right next door, beautiful beach....otherwise the tram takes you to other beaches. We had a great time at Luis's place, I recommend retaining this place. Just that the check-out time at 11am is too early (temprano) for us. Friendships to Luis Bernard and Jean Marc

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

The location is great and very close to the Paseo del Río. the host is wonderful, always attentive and willing to help. We stayed my family and I and the place loved it. 100/100👌

I have nothing negative to say! Best place we've ever been had a cot, high chair and bathtub for our baby. When the host found out my boyfriend's birthday, she bought him a gift.. Just great! The place is very spacious and super divided so you don't get anything from the street in the bedroom, the balcony is also great for spending nice evenings! Thank you

This is the perfect place to stay when you visit alicante. Lydia is obviously an experienced Airbnb owner and it shows. The apartment was spotless, has lovely large windows allowing lots of light and all the amenities you could wish for. Perfect for walking to all areas of alicante including the lovely harbour and beach area, all within 10 minutes walk. In the centre of things, however nice and quiet at night, the perfect combination. We will certainly return if visiting alicante again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely host and a nice place for a little money. Little walk to the city centre but walkable. Could be a little noisy but understandable for the price and its location. Recommend it for a short trip:)

Very well located accommodation. 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarket and other amenities. On listening nights a little noise as it is on a pedestrian street. But overall everything was very good.

The apartment is just as described , a good location, a good location, very clean and comfortable. Definitely to repeat.
