the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

We booked,at the last minute,and it was super quick,helpful and friendly,giving us flexibility,with departure time. The apartment,great, very close to the drinking area and everything, you have to see,in Sanlúcar. Totally advisable,we went as a family and my children and my wife enchanted. Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Isabel is a perfect host. She left us some nice touches on our arrival that we really appreciated. The house is a space of peace and tranquility with antique decoration that gives it personality and warmth. Duque is a sweetheart, he greets you with a dance every morning when he sees you hahaha. A corner of paradise about a thirty-minute drive from Seville. Absolute silence, you can only hear the sound of the leaves in the wind interspersed by the song of birds. Beautiful jacuzzi pool to relax in the middle of the countryside. Unforgettable breakfasts and dinners with views of the valley. Beautiful kitchen with island, equipped with everything you need. Iper kind host, always responds positively in seconds (not a hyperbole)

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

The place is comfortable, very clean and very well stocked in both the kitchen and bathroom. Great location: the center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes (the neighborhood still offers a lot) but practically in front of the apartment there are several bus stops, with which to reach the center, station and airport. Pablo was a very welcoming guest: he left us flexible check-in and out times; he also gave us really valuable tips for living in Seville. Highly recommend!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Seville for our anniversary and we had an amazing time at Pablos place! It was close to everything we were looking for - restaurants, sightseeing, supermarkets and pharmacies, it was near the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen area was spacious and cozy. We really liked the apartment!

A small, clean well-located flat with everything you need. Maria the owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The location of the apartment is exceptional; we remarked several times how convenient it was to all the sites, without feeling too touristy. It was also perfect for a family with young children. It's a 90 second walk away from a plaza with a great playground and delicious restaurants all around it. And they had a huge selection of toys and books for all ages and languages in the apartment. The communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week at Maria's apartment. This one matches the photos and is really complete, it feels like home. The bedding is of quality and the decoration is neat. The location is ideal, 10 minutes from remarkable places. With our two daughters aged 8 and 6, we toured the entire city. Maria takes care of her guests from start to finish, gives all the necessary directions for a good trip to Seville and is ready to help at any time. You can book without so much as a second thought! We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. Our stay here was wonderful - it is a great location to be able to explore the city, while also being in a smaller neighborhood. Teresa provided recommendations of the area, and was responsive whenever we needed something or had a question.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a nice area (Triana), just across the bridge from the Seville city Centre. Located on a lively street, it was still quiet and private. The apartment was very well appointed, with lots of handy things for travelers. Clearly everything was put together with a lot of care.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!
