the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

A corner of paradise about a thirty-minute drive from Seville. Absolute silence, you can only hear the sound of the leaves in the wind interspersed by the song of birds. The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

From the first contact Jorge was always very responsive and helped with all the questions. A spectacular place for groups, we love it. We will return. Congratulations on your work and commitment.

Lovely house located in a great area for visiting Arcos, Jerez and Cádiz. Pretty square in the town and a few shops including a bakery and a small supermarket. The pool was a real bonus after a hot day sightseeing and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The upstairs master bedroom was really lovely with plenty of hanging space and shelves for clothes - it also benefitted from air conditioning. The host was very helpful and check in was easy as we had arranged to meet someone with the key who showed us how everything worked. Really enjoyed our stay.

Me and my boyfriend went to Seville for our anniversary and we had an amazing time at Pablos place! It was close to everything we were looking for - restaurants, sightseeing, supermarkets and pharmacies, it was near the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen area was spacious and cozy. We really liked the apartment!

A small, clean well-located flat with everything you need. Maria the owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The location of the apartment is exceptional; we remarked several times how convenient it was to all the sites, without feeling too touristy. It was also perfect for a family with young children. It's a 90 second walk away from a plaza with a great playground and delicious restaurants all around it. And they had a huge selection of toys and books for all ages and languages in the apartment. The communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have selected this place without being aware how awesome it is to be honest. I’ll start by location - this neighbourhood is a gem, it’s not too far from central Sevilla and all the attractions, but it’s secluded from noise and crowd. We stayed 4 nights and never used any transportation as the apartment was pretty walkable from anywhere. My main concern was the noise as we stayed during Feria where entire city is party mode, but the apartment has a great sound and light proofing so it’s excellent choice for light sleepers. The apartment has everything you need ( an iron is definitely nice touch ) and it is spotless clean. There are cute coffee shops and tapas bars nearby, it was 10/10 stay for us. Thank you Salud for keeping this place perfect.

We had a great week at Maria's apartment. This one matches the photos and is really complete, it feels like home. The bedding is of quality and the decoration is neat. The location is ideal, 10 minutes from remarkable places. With our two daughters aged 8 and 6, we toured the entire city. Maria takes care of her guests from start to finish, gives all the necessary directions for a good trip to Seville and is ready to help at any time. You can book without so much as a second thought! We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. Such a lovely peaceful place to stay in, and it is close to the main tourism area( about 15 min walk). It was very pleasant to stay at this place and everything is as described in the photos. The style of the place is well designed and guiding books are provided in the drawer. Everything is just that much perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a nice area (Triana), just across the bridge from the Seville city Centre. Located on a lively street, it was still quiet and private. The apartment was very well appointed, with lots of handy things for travelers. Clearly everything was put together with a lot of care.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!
